If I overpaid my taxes, when and how can I receive a tax surplus refund?
Once settlement is complete (June & December), Surplus Claim Forms are mailed to taxpayers with instructions on how to claim the surplus.
Keep in mind that the Spring overpayments are applied towards the Fall amount due. Surplus Claim Forms are only mailed when the TOTAL taxes due for the year are over-paid.
