All property taxpayers who are not eNotice subscribers are mailed a property tax bill in April, even if you have a mortgage company or escrow service. Each tax bill includes a summary of your tax bill for your record and remittance coupons for the spring and fall installments. Your property taxes are split into two installments if your total due is $25.00 or greater. Installment due dates are always May 10th for the spring installment and November 10th for the fall installment. If the due dates fall on a weekend or holiday, the due date will be the next business day after the weekend or holiday.
Tax payments (full and partial) are accepted throughout the year. Penalties apply accordingly.
