Early Voting

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 Primary Election has been rescheduled for Tuesday, June 2nd. 

Early voting, also know as absentee voting in person, is available to Porter County registered voters. Early Voting AND Mobile Voting dates, times and locations are listed below.

What You Need To Early Vote

When you come to early vote, please be sure to bring your valid Indiana Drivers License, Indiana Identification Card, Passport, Military ID or State College ID Card.

Locations

For you convenience, there are five early voting locations. Eligible Porter County voters can cast their ballot at any of these locations.

Chesterton Town Hall Meeting Room

Hebron Community Center

611 N Main, Hebron

Porter County North County Annex

3560 Willowcreek Rd, Portage

Porter County Administration Center, 

Suite 102A, 155 Indiana Ave, Valparaiso

Union Township Fire Station #2

Dates & Times

Early voting begins on Tuesday, May 26th and ends at Noon on Monday, June 1st.  All five early voting locations will be open as follows:

Tuesday, May 26th Through Friday, May 29th

8:30 AM to 8:30 PM

Saturday, May 30th

8:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Monday, June 1st

8:30 AM to Noon

Mobile Voting Locations, Dates & Times

The new Porter County Vote Mobile will also be available for early voting at the following locations, dates, and times.

Saturday, May 30th: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
