Updated as of: FRIDAY, JANUARY 8, 2010
Porter County Health Department has received supplies of 2009 A/H1N1 vaccine.
"In early December the Porter County Health Department experienced an increase in H1N1 vaccine supplies and a decrease in demand from persons within the CDC ACIP priority groups. With that change the health department is now able to offer H1N1 vaccinations to ALL persons (six months and older). Many people have been anxious to get the H1N1 flu vaccine; we now have access to a robust supply of H1N1 vaccine from manufacturers and can offer the 2009 H1N1 Influenza Vaccine to the general population."
Gary Babcoke, M.D.
Porter County Health Officer

A Vaccination Consent form will be needed for each person wishing to receive a H1N1 vaccination, to save time you can complete this form prior to arrival at the clinic site.
