Mobile Home Transfers & Moving Permits are $10.00 - Same day permits require cash,  money order, or cashiers check of ALL delinquent and current year taxes, penalties and fees. 

Delinquent Mobile Home and Business Personal Property taxes are sent to American Financial Credit Services (AFCS) for collection services. If you have been sent to collections, you MUST pay AFCS (888) 317-2327 directly for any amounts in collections.

2019 Tax Sale - October 22, 2019   

All redemptions occur at the Auditors Office. Interest accrues daily.  Be aware that the Treasurer's website may show payments made by the lien holder and will not reflect the balance due to the Auditor for Redemption

Redemption deadlines for Properties offered at Tax Sale on Oct 22, 2019

  • If Sold at Tax Sale, deadline is 1 year, Oct 22, 2020
  • If not sold & if county intends to pursue title, deadline is 120 days from Oct 22, 2019
  • If sold at Certificate Sale in March 2019, deadline is 120 days from the  Certificate sale, July 5, 2019

 All Taxpayers receive a bill mailed out in April, even if you have a mortgage company or escrow service.  You may pay your tax in two installments.  Each tax bill has 3 sections:

  • 1 Summary of your tax bill for your record
  • 1 Coupon for the spring installment
  • 1 Coupon for the fall installment
