Permit Fees
Food & Restaurant Permit Fees
Permit fees are based on square footage of your operation unless you sell only prepackaged foods such as packaged deli sandwiches or packaged ice cream. 

If you have purchased an already permitted establishment you must contact the Health Department in order to obtain a new food service permit for your business. Permits are non transferable. 

Food Service Permits
Permits are to be renewed annually by December 31. Establishments are subject to late fees and closure if permits not renewed or obtained.
Food Service Permit Fees
Less than 3000 sq. ft.
3,000-10,000 sq. ft.
10,000-15,000 sq. ft.
 15,000 or more sq. ft. $600

Limited Food Service Permits
Applies only to establishments who sell prepackaged foods and have no hands on preparation of foods.
Limited Service Permit Fees
Limited Food Service $150

Partial Year Permits
A food service establishment operating for six (6) months or less during any calendar year.

Temporary Food Service Permit
A food service establishment that operates at a fixed location for a period of time not more than 14 consecutive days in conjunction with a single event. Not-for-profit vendors may or may not require a temporary permit, please contact the office to determine if you qualify.
