Personal checks will not be accepted. Cash or money order only. Also, we need photo identification from you. A copy of your driver's license or State Photo I.D. with your signature is accepted.

In order to receive a birth certificate through mail, please provide full name at birth, birth date, mother's full maiden name, and father's full name, along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

Death Certificates: $7.00

Birth Certificates:
     Certified (5 1/2 x 8 1/2): $6.00
     Laminated Certified (wallet size): $10.00
     Both sizes: $15.00

     Paternity - $25.00 (includes birth certificate)
     Ammendments - $25.00 (includes birth certificate)

Genealogy: $2.00 per search
