A GENTLE REMINDER

These are ten reasons to vaccinate babies before they are age two: Diphtheria, Tetanus (Lockjaw), Pertussis (Whooping Cough), Polio, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (German Measles), Hib Disease, Hepatitis B, and Varicella (Chicken Pox).

Immunization protects against serious diseases that can cause disability and death. These diseases used to strike thousands of children each year. Today there are relatively few cases, but outbreaks still occur each year because some babies are not immunized.

The full series of vaccinations can be given in five visits to the a doctor or clinic.
