Exhibitors are asked to use care when in the building. Avoid damaging the paint on the chair rails and door with carts or tables. Repair costs will be charged to the show organizers. It is the responsibility of organizer to inform their vendors and representatives.

To help keep the buildings sanitary and for the safety of other vendors and the public, animals are prohibited inside the Expo buildings. (Only animals participating in shows will be permitted.) NO PETS WILL BE ALLOWED THAT ARE BROUGHT IN BY EXHIBITORS.

Smoking is prohibited in carpeted areas of all buildings.

Exhibitors are not allowed to tape signs on doors, painted walls or wallpaper. Poster tack may be used on these surfaces. Signs may be "T"-pinned to the carpeted walls in the Main Hall and Expo East. Thumb tacks are not to be used on wallpapered surfaces.

Exhibitors may not use pins in booth curtains, but signs may be attached using "S" hooks or rope, twine, etc. over the booth poles by using an easel.

To comply with fire department regulations, all exit lights and doors, light switches and panels, heating/cooling controls, fire extinguisher doors must remain unblocked atll times.

Candles are to be placed in fireproof containers. Taper candles must be used with hurricane lamps and tea lights must have votive container.

No propane roaster, burners, etc. are to be used inside any building.

Any decorations consisting of natural materials such as straw, corn stalks, dried flowers, pine, etc. must be sprayed with fire retardant and tagged with date of spraying and product used.

Expo Center will not provide office supplies or extension cords for customers or vendors.

The Expo Center will not lend ladders or hydraulic lift (genie) due to liability. Only Expo staff members will be allowed its use.

Wires in Main Hall may be used for decorating. Sprinkler heads above wires should not be blocked or restricted from functioning in any way. This restriction will be enforced by the fire marshal.

Security guards are required (at customer expense) for overnight stays in Expo buildings. No campers will be allowed to stay on grounds overnight without guards on duty. Gates cannot be locked with overnight campers on grounds.

It will be the duty of the show chairman for each horse show to inform riders that they may not ride in carnival area or on midway. Riding should be restricted to warm-up arena and grassy area around horse barn. If riding is observed in restricted areas, those areas affected will be billed to the sponsor of the show.

Alcholoic beverages are to be served only by Expo Center bar services. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages of any kind are to be brought to or carried in the Expo Center parking lots or premises and/or consumed during setup, events or cleanup.

The Freedom Shrine in lobby of Expo Center building is not to be blocked with decorations, drapes, etc.
