Horse Barn With 108 Stalls (with a minimum of 50 stalls for any rental) 32 temporary stalls available in another building at $15 per stall. (If a stall is used in any way the $7.00 rental is in effect, including tack stalls). Renter is responsible for stall cleanup. Expo Center will refer customers to stall clean-up services if desired. If Expo finds stalls not cleaned to moved-in condition and to the satisfaction of management, a $15.00 per stall charge (plus dumpster fee) will apply.

Livestock Buildings
Sheep Barn - 60 x 160 feet with concrete floor: $50.00 per day

Cattle Barn - 104 x 160 feet with dirt floor: $250 per day


Users are required to return above buildings to the moved in condition. Expo Center will perform clean-up services at a negotiated rate if desired by lessee.

Riding Arena (includes 200 bleacher seats) and warm-up arena)

Night rate includes four hours of light use and $15.00 per hour will be charged for each hour over four hours. Riding arena will be dressed in advance of show at no charge. Additional dressing is available at $25.00 each. Horses, vehicles and/or trailers are not permitted south of the independent midway or west of the north/south road west of the horse barn unless those grounds are rented in addition to the horse barn and arena area.

Horse riding is prohibited in carnival area and past midway road to the south of horse arena.

Grandstand Activity Area

PLEASE NOTE: RENTAL FOR TRADE SHOW, CRAFT SHOW AND CAR SHOW EVENTS INCLUDES TWO HOURS AFTER THE SHOW FOR CONCLUDING ACTIVITIES. THE HOURLY RATE FOR EACH HOUR BEYOND THE TWO HOURS ALLOTTED IS $25.00 AND WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SHOW PROMOTER OR SPONSOR TO PAY.
