A Building Lease and Rental Agreement must be completed to rent the facility. The agreement details the responsibilities of the Expo Center and your organization, including usage, liability insurance and the cancellation policy.

Some general policies for functions include the following:


  • Security officers will be billed to your account for any event that has more than 100 guests or if the event serves alcohol for more than two hours.

  • Outside events are furnished a four cubic yard dumpster. Additional dumpsters will be billed to the customer at the current rate.

  • Food in the Expo Building, Link and Expo East is the exclusive service of the Expo Center caterers. Any alcoholic beverages in the buildings or on the grounds is the exclusive service of the Expo Center.

  • The Expo Center has plenty of paved and unpaved parking available.

  • Decorating is permitted in rented rooms, but is prohibited in the lobby area of the Expo Center building or any othe rportion of the building or property not designated in the facilities agreement. The Freedom Shrine in the lobby can not be covered with decorations or exhibits.

  • Rice or confetti throwing is probhitied in the building.

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
