You can request a review of your support order every 3 years to make sure it is the correct amount based on the Indiana State Guidelines.

You will need to provide copies of your last Federal Tax Return and copies of your last 3 pay stubs as verification of your income. If you have work related day care expenses and/or extraordinary medical expenses, you will need to provide verification of those as well.

We will then have to obtain the same information from the other parent.

As we have a large number of cases requiring establishment or enforcement of support orders, requests for a review for modification is given a lower priority. We will only pursue modifications if we are also pursuing enforcement of your child support order.
